I am passionate about developing projects. I am keen on taking responsibility for people, finances and processes. To form ideas, structures, relationships. For many years now, I have been responsible for projects in the areas of migration, integration and diversity.

Founder and developer of the approach and brand "The Culturatorium - Intercultural theater for civic education" together with Yusuf Demirkol and Ercan Öksüz

  • Development of the method and approach, acadamical foundation
  • Management of the funding with private and public donors
  • Publisher of broshures, films, blog, facebook etc.

Consortium leader at VIA Bayern (Bavarian Association for Intercultural Work) since 2012

  • Participative management of the application process and the project implementation
  • Co-ordination with donor (Erasmus+) as well as European/ South African and Egyptian partners
  • Organisation of a five day exchange meetings of multipliers
  • Development of products like website, manual, films etc.
